چکیده
Background and Aims: To identify the severity of pancreatitis in patients diagnosed with acute biliary pancreatitis, it also seeks to assess congruence between revised Atlanta classification clinical laboratory findings prognostic scoring systems. Materials Methods: A total sixty-six were evaluated classification. Ranson score, Glasgow-Imrie Bedside Index Severity Acute Pancreatitis, Harmless Pancreatitis Score, Japanese Physiology Chronic Health Evaluation-II, Sequential Organ Failure Assessment albumin-bilirubin grade compared, along findings. SPSS Windows version 23.0 Medcalc 19.2 used analysis. Results: had highest correlation coefficient differentiating moderate severe pancreatitis. Glasgow-Imrie, (48 h) Score score moderately correlated. Albumin-bilirubin (admission) weakly No was found Evaluation score. The presence 3 at 48th hour increases risk by 17 times. Presence antibiotic use 6.6 times positive 4.7 Conclusion: multiple systems or co-evaluation data can increase sensitivity specificity decisions. Combined antibiotherapy requirement is a candidate for predicting Further studies on grade, especially are necessary.

Effect of Diclofenac Suppository on Treatment of Acute Biliary Pancreatitis
Background and Aim: Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory pancreatic disease that is associated with low or no fibrosis of the pancreas. Standard non-surgical treatment in all patients involves correcting water and electrolyte disorders, pain relief and avoiding pancreatic secretion. Given that pancreatitis is an inflammatory process, and NSAIDs have been shown to modulate inflammatory processe...

OBJECTIVE The present study is an evaluation of cases of acute biliary pancreatitis that developed subsequent to cholecystectomy. METHODS Total of 44 patients were assessed in this retrospective study. Demographic characteristics, severity of illness, time elapsed between cholecystectomy and development of pancreatitis, whether endoscopic sphincterotomy (ES) was performed, surgical procedure ...
متن کاملEarly Cholecystectomy Advocated for Biliary Pancreatitis Early Versus Delayed Cholecystectomy in Patients With Biliary Acute Pancreatitis
Background: Biliary pancreatitis is caused by transient obstruction of the pancreatic duct by a gallstone. Most patients pass these stones spontaneously. A cholecystectomy resolves future recurrences. Objective: To define the optimal timing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy after biliary pancreatitis. Design: Retrospective analysis of the records of patients who had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy...
متن کاملEarly versus delayed cholecystectomy in patients with biliary acute pancreatitis.
BACKGROUND In patients with biliary acute pancreatitis (AP), cholecystectomy is mandatory to prevent further biliary events, but timing of cholecystectomy remains a subject of ongoing debate. The objective of the present, retrospective study was to compare the outcomes of early (within 2 weeks after onset of disease) versus delayed cholecystectomy in patients with biliary AP. METHODS Between ...
